We ship Monday to Friday with Austrian Post. Why the Post? Because we support fair pay, fair working conditions, and respectful treatment of employees.

The shipping packaging is neutral and does not display any shop name externally. Regardless, the products inside the package remain fully and correctly labeled. Every order receives a tracking number, which you can track via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Orders received and paid for by 11:00 AM are usually shipped on the same day.

Austria

Free shipping on orders over €39. Below this, we charge €4.90 for shipping.
Delivery time: 1–2 business days*

Germany

Free shipping on orders over €70. Below this, we charge €6.90 for shipping.
Delivery time: 2–3 business days*

Spain

Free shipping on orders over €70. Below this, we charge €8.90 for shipping.
Delivery time: 2–4 business days*

Additional Services Austria

Express shipping – Surcharge €9.90
Delivery on the next business day. Should an express shipment exceptionally not be delivered on the next business day, we will refund the shipping costs upon request.

Cash on delivery
Pay conveniently in cash upon delivery. The postal carrier collects the invoice amount directly at your doorstep. Please have the exact amount ready, as carriers usually do not carry change.
